Songs like “Starlight Starbright” and “Hold Back the Night” demonstrate her ability to blend sophisticated jazz arrangements with poignant lyrical content.

Over the years, she has earned accolades such as the Jazz Week Top 50 chart ranking, the Earshot Jazz NW Vocalist of the Year award, and a place in the Seattle Jazz Hall of Fame.
Reflecting on her career, Jones noted, “Pursuing a music career is a Sisyphean act, but the joy and purpose it brings to my life is unmatched. With this release, I feel like I’m rolling that boulder up the hill again, but I wouldn’t have it any other way.”
