Six individuals have come forward with new allegations of sexual assault and rape against music mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs, detailing incidents that reportedly span from 1995 to 2021.
Houston attorney Tony Buzbee, who represents 120 individuals accusing Combs of sexual misconduct, filed six complaints on October 14 in the Southern District of New York. The complaints, which were first reported by NBC News, involve two women and four men who allege they were sexually assaulted, exploited, or raped by Combs over the past two decades.
One complaint describes an incident from 2004, in which a woman claims she was 19 years old when Combs invited her and a friend to a Manhattan hotel room. She alleges that Combs forced them to consume alcohol and drugs, threatened their lives, and then raped her.
Another complaint, from 1995, details a woman’s allegation that Combs raped her at a party celebrating Biggie Smalls’ “One More Chance” music video. She alleges that Combs led her into a bathroom, where he became physically aggressive before raping her. The complaint states that he later threatened her life if she told anyone.
One man alleges that Combs sexually assaulted him in 1998 when he was 16 years old. He claims Combs invited him to a private area during a White Party in the Hamptons, where Combs inappropriately touched him and insinuated that the assault would help him “break into the business.”
These new complaints come amid mounting legal troubles for Combs, who faces federal charges of sex trafficking, racketeering, and transportation for prostitution. He has denied these charges and pleaded not guilty. In recent months, Combs’ legal team has also addressed a lawsuit from ex-girlfriend Casandra Ventura, known as Cassie, who accused him of rape before reaching an amicable settlement.
Attorney Buzbee has announced that over 100 individuals have come forward with allegations against Combs, including claims from a minor who said he was assaulted during a record deal audition at age nine.
Combs’ legal representatives have denied all allegations, calling the claims false and defamatory, and have stated that Combs is determined to prove his innocence in court.
