Aurora, CO – A shooting at an Aurora nightclub early Saturday morning left one person dead and another injured, according to the Aurora Police Department.
Authorities responded to the scene around 1:45 a.m. at a nightclub located in the 11200 block of East Colfax Avenue. Upon arrival, officers discovered a victim suffering from gunshot wounds in the parking lot. Despite immediate lifesaving efforts, the victim was pronounced dead at the scene. Details regarding the deceased have not been released.
A second victim, a 34-year-old male, transported himself to the hospital with multiple gunshot wounds. Police report that his injuries are non-life-threatening and he is expected to recover.
