Ariana Grande Sings Hilarious Song About Her Height On Jimmy Kimmel Live!

by Coco

Ariana Grande proved she’s not just talented in singing but also in embracing her height with humor. During her appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live! on February 5, the 31-year-old actress sang an original song with no prior knowledge of the lyrics or music, accepting Jimmy Kimmel’s challenge to “wing it.”

Joined by a pianist with angel wings, Grande’s impromptu performance took a comedic turn as she sang, “I am a strong successful woman who always stands up tall, even though I am in fact, so very very small.” The 5’1″ singer humorously described herself as a “human baby carrot” and a “lady Pikachu,” laughing through lines like, “10 of me stacked up equals one of Shaq.”

The fun didn’t stop there as she sang about struggling to reach elevator buttons, fitting in a hamster wheel, and using a sock as a bed. With a wink to her last name, she sang, “And yes, my name is Grande, it’s ironic that I’m small,” before poking fun at her height with, “People will ask me, ‘Where is your mom?’ while walking through the mall.”

Grande’s playful performance also featured a nod to Wicked with lyrics about defying gravity. Despite her petite stature, Ariana reminded everyone that she’s larger than life in spirit! She’s also nominated for an Academy Award for her portrayal of Glinda in Wicked, with the film’s sequel set to premiere in November 2025.
