Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour was nothing short of a monumental success, not just for the singer but also for everyone involved in making it happen. The tour, which spanned the globe and broke records at every turn, saw Swift shower her dedicated crew with a staggering $197 million in bonuses—on top of their regular salaries. The bonuses were a heartfelt way for the 34-year-old artist to express her immense gratitude to everyone who worked tirelessly to bring her vision to life.

From truck drivers to caterers, instrument techs to merch team members, and choreographers to pyrotechnicians, everyone in Swift’s extended family of performers and crew received a piece of the pie. In fact, the bonuses included a wide range of professionals, including dancers, security personnel, production staff, hair and makeup artists, physical therapists, and even video team members, according to PEOPLE.

Back in August 2023, as Swift wrapped up the first North American leg of her tour, she had already handed out over $55 million in bonuses, ensuring that her team felt valued every step of the way.

Swift’s Eras Tour came to a close on December 8, 2024, at BC Place Stadium in Vancouver, where she gave her final performance of the epic journey that began in Glendale, Arizona, in March 2023. During the show, which featured a moving set from her album Lover, Swift took a moment to express her gratitude to the audience for being a part of her incredible journey.

“We have toured the entire world,” she said, her voice filled with emotion. “We have had so many adventures. It has been the most exciting, powerful, electrifying, intense, most challenging thing I’ve ever done in my entire life.”

Later, as she prepared to perform the closing song “Karma,” Swift addressed the crowd one last time, sharing a heartfelt message of appreciation. “I want to thank every single one of you for being a part of the most thrilling chapter of my entire life to date — my beloved Eras Tour.”

As the curtain fell on the 149th and final show, Swift’s production company, Taylor Swift Touring, revealed that a total of 10,168,008 people attended the tour across all dates. In addition to the overwhelming turnout, the tour grossed an eye-popping $2,077,618,725 in ticket sales, making it the bestselling tour in history—double the revenue of any other concert tour to date.

Swift’s accomplishments go beyond just her historic tour. The Taylor Swift | The Eras Tour Book, which accompanied the tour, broke records as well. It sold a staggering 814,000 copies in its first two days, becoming the most successful publishing launch of 2024. On top of that, streaming giants Spotify, Apple Music, and Amazon Music all named Swift the top-streamed artist of 2024, with her album The Tortured Poets Department taking the crown as the most-streamed album of the year.

As Swift wraps up her monumental Eras Tour era, she’s not slowing down anytime soon. In 2025, the 14-time Grammy winner is up for six more Grammy Awards, including Album of the Year for The Tortured Poets Department. With record-breaking success in both music and publishing, it’s clear that Taylor Swift’s star will continue to rise—leaving an indelible mark on the entertainment world for years to come.
