In a striking revelation, attorney Ariel Mitchell-Kidd, representing an accuser of Sean “Diddy” Combs, has alleged that a “high-profile” individual appears in a pornographic tape connected to the music mogul. This individual, according to Mitchell-Kidd, did not seem to be an “active participant” in the videotaping.
In an interview with NewsNation, Mitchell-Kidd disclosed that she was approached by someone seeking her representation in the sale of a pornographic tape involving Combs. The attorney declined the offer. She stated, “There already have been tapes leaking around Hollywood… but one particular person contacted me to shop a specific video they possessed and to reach out to the individual featured in the video to gauge their interest in purchasing it before it became public knowledge.”
Mitchell-Kidd is currently representing a woman who alleges that Combs, now 54, sexually assaulted her in 2018, reportedly with an inanimate object and by instructing another man to assault her. The attorney plans to file a lawsuit related to these allegations within the week.
When pressed for details about the alleged tape during the interview, Mitchell-Kidd characterized the situation as a “catch and kill,” indicating that she could not disclose the identity of the high-profile individual involved. However, she asserted that the video is real and includes clear stills of the other party, whom she claimed is “more high-profile” than Combs.
“I’ve seen stills of the video, so you can verify that it exists, that it’s real, and that the other person in the video is very visible,” she explained. “It’s no question if it’s that person in the video, and I can tell the video was pornographic in nature.” Mitchell-Kidd also indicated that the tape was allegedly filmed in a former residence of Combs in Atlanta and suggested that the high-profile individual appeared unaware that they were being recorded.
In response to these allegations, representatives for Combs have yet to comment. The founder of Bad Boy Records is currently facing serious charges, including sex trafficking, racketeering, and transportation to engage in prostitution, stemming from an indictment on September 17, to which he has pleaded not guilty.
The indictment details accusations against Combs involving orchestrating “freak offs,” where women are reportedly coerced or forced into sexual acts with male sex workers over extended periods. Federal investigators conducting raids on Combs’ homes in Los Angeles and Miami in March uncovered “1,000 bottles of baby oil and lubricant,” which they categorized as “freak off supplies.”
Marc Agnifilo, Combs’ attorney, stated in a recent interview with TMZ that his client is eager to testify, remarking, “I don’t know that I could keep him off the stand. I think he is very eager to tell his story.”
Currently in custody at Brooklyn’s Metropolitan Detention Center, Combs is scheduled to appear in court in early October.
