After a temporary halt due to Ann Wilson’s recent health challenges, Heart’s highly anticipated Royal Flush Tour is officially back on track for 2025.
The iconic rock band had initially postponed their 2024 tour dates after Wilson, 74, revealed a cancer diagnosis earlier this year. The lead singer underwent surgery and began preventive chemotherapy at her doctor’s recommendation. Despite the delay, Wilson has maintained a positive outlook, stating, “The best is yet to come!”
Her sister and bandmate, Nancy Wilson, echoed the excitement in her own statement: “We are so, so excited to resume this tour. We were just starting to fire on all cylinders, and the vibe was entirely MAJOR. To be continued…”
Originally scheduled to run from July through December 2024, the Royal Flush Tour will now kick off on February 28, 2025, in Las Vegas at Fontainebleau and will make stops across North America. Fans can look forward to shows in cities like Los Angeles, Phoenix, Vancouver, Buffalo, and Montreal, with the tour concluding on April 5, 2025, at Videotron Centre in Québec.
Tickets for the rescheduled tour dates are already on sale via Heart’s official website, and previously purchased tickets for the 2024 shows will be honored. Additionally, the band has hinted that more tour dates will be announced soon.
In July, Ann shared that she had undergone surgery to remove a cancerous mass and was feeling “great” after the procedure. She also informed fans about her decision to start a preventive chemotherapy regimen. “I’m feeling great, but my doctors are now advising me to undergo a course of preventative chemotherapy & I’ve decided to do it,” she said.
Doctors advised Wilson to take the remainder of 2024 off to recover fully, leading to the postponement of the tour. Now, with her health on the mend, Heart is ready to return to the stage and deliver their signature powerhouse performances.
Fans eagerly await their comeback, and with the Wilson sisters’ unwavering optimism, the Royal Flush Tour promises to be a triumphant return for one of rock’s most legendary acts.
