Taylor Swift, the 34-year-old global sensation, wrapped up her debut performances in Switzerland, describing the country as “stunningly beautiful.” Swift graced the Zürich stadium with her presence for two nights on July 9 and 10, as part of her Eras Tour, later sharing her experiences with fans on Instagram.

“The Eras Tour has brought so many firsts with it… for example, I’d never been to Switzerland before. This place is stunningly beautiful and I loved playing for those 2 wonderful crowds in Zurich,” Swift wrote, accompanied by a series of photos. She added, “Pretty wild to think we only have 7 cities left on the European leg of the tour. Up next is a city I’ve been looking forward to playing for so long: Milan!! ”

This leg of the tour marked Swift’s inaugural shows in Switzerland, a country she had skipped in her previous world tours. The second night of her Zürich performances held special significance as it was the 113th show of the Eras Tour, a nod to her favorite number, 13. To commemorate the occasion, Swift performed some of her cherished songs, including “Right Where You Left Me” from Evermore, “All You Had to Do Was Stay” from 1989, and “Sad Beautiful Tragic” from Red.

On July 9, the date referenced in her song “Last Kiss,” Swift delivered a heartfelt piano rendition of the Speak Now track, adding a special touch to the performance for her Swiss fans.

Swift’s European tour has been a spectacle, with each city bringing its own unique moments. Highlights include featuring tracks from her new album The Tortured Poets Department, going Instagram official with boyfriend Travis Kelce, and even inviting the Kansas City Chiefs star on stage to join her background dancers.

As Swift closes her Zürich chapter, she eagerly anticipates her upcoming shows in Milan at the San Siro stadium this weekend. She will conclude the European segment of her tour in August with five nights at London’s Wembley Stadium before returning to North America for the final leg of the Eras Tour.
